Bookman Consulting is seeking a Compensation Analyst to join our client in the Santa Fe Springs area. This on-site role requires 2–3 years of compensation analysis experience, with a focus on sales compensation and multi-state operations.

The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, solid HRIS and Excel proficiency, and the desire to grow into higher level roles within the organization. Salary ranges around $72,000–$80,000 with bonus and benefits are anticipated.
