Job summary

North Memorial Health is seeking a Compensation Analyst to partner with leaders and HR teams in developing and maintaining compensation structures. The role supports the compensation philosophy and drives data-based decisions across the health system.

Based in Minnesota or Wisconsin with hybrid remote work, the position emphasizes data analysis, HRIS proficiency, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure equitable compensation practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required.
• Experience in compensation preferred, especially in a health care setting.
• Knowledge of HRIS and data analysis.
• Proficient with Excel and data querying.

About this position

The Compensation Analyst partners with organization leaders and HR team members implement and maintain compensation structures and programs to support the Compensation Philosophy. Assists in the development and implementation of the Compensation strategic plan.

***This position requires you to reside in either Minnesota or Wisconsin. Relocation Assistance is not available for this position.***

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required.

Experience

• Prefer experience in Compensation.
• Prefer experience with a health care organization.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Knowledge of HRIS systems and ability to work with proficiency in databases.
• Proficient with Excel, including use of formulas, functions, graphs, and pivot tables.
• Skilled at developing effective rapport with all levels of the organization.
• Able to analyze large volumes of data that supports appropriate compensation decisions for the organization.
