Job summary

ExpertCare invites compassionate Youth Mentors to join our Southeast Michigan team. You will work 1:1 with recipients in their homes, supporting skill-building activities and helping them pursue personal goals.

The role includes guiding clients in community settings to strengthen independence and daily living skills. We offer a flexible schedule and paid training, with weekly pay and a streamlined virtual interview process.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and patient demeanor required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and work independently.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments; background checks may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 mentorship to recipients in home settings.
• Support skill-building activities and encourage personal goals.
• Accompany recipients to community activities to broaden experiences.

You will be working in our clients homes while supporting, encouraging and helping with skill building activities. You will also be bringing them into the community to help grow and strengthen their personal goals outside of their home environment.

ExpertCare services Community of Mental Health Recipients in Southeast Michigan. Full and part time positions are available!
