Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable Youth Mentors to provide 1:1 support to recipients in their homes across Southeast Michigan. You will encourage skill-building activities and help clients set personal goals while fostering independence.

This role offers flexible scheduling, paid training, weekly pay, and a virtual interview process. Full and part-time opportunities are available to fit your life and transportation needs.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient and dependable demeanor.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to support recipients.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable assisting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to assignments and ability to pass background checks.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with recipients in their homes across Southeast Michigan.
• Support skill-building activities and encourage personal goals.
• Accompany recipients on community activities to foster growth outside the home.

You will be working in our clients homes while supporting, encouraging and helping with skill building activities. You will also be bringing them into the community to help grow and strengthen their personal goals outside of their home environment.

ExpertCare services Community of Mental Health Recipients in Southeast Michigan. Full and part time positions are available!
