Job summary

ExpertCare in Southeast Michigan is seeking reliable Youth Mentors to work 1:1 with recipients in their homes, providing encouragement, skill-building activities, and community involvement to support personal goals.

We offer paid training, a flexible schedule, weekly pay, a virtual interview process, and opportunities across full-time and part-time roles in a collaborative, caring environment.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient and dependable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments
• Able to pass required background checks and screenings
• Must be 18 years or older

Responsibilities

ExpertCare is looking for reliable, compassionate, and helpful Youth Mentor to work 1:1 with our Recipients. You will be working in our clients homes while supporting, encouraging and helping with skill building activities. You will also be bringing them into the community to help grow and strengthen their personal goals outside of their home environment.

ExpertCare services Community of Mental Health Recipients in Southeast Michigan. Full and part time positions are available!
