Lynx EMS is seeking dependable Wheelchair Van Drivers in Massillon, OH to transport patients safely and compassionately to medical appointments and facilities. You will ensure on-time arrivals, assist patients, and uphold privacy and safety while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Compassionate, patient, dependable attitude.
• Professional appearance and conduct; reliable and punctual.
• Experience in medical transportation is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a wheelchair-accessible van on daytime routes.
• Transport patients to appointments, hospitals, and dialysis centers.
• Assist patients in and out of the vehicle with proper body mechanics.
• Secure wheelchairs/mobility devices and maintain safety.
• Provide courteous, respectful service and communicate with dispatch.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform daily inspections.
• Adhere to safety, HIPAA, policies, and traffic laws.
