Lynx EMS in Massillon, OH is hiring for a full-time Day Shift NEMT Driver to support daytime transport, including appointments, dialysis transports, hospital discharges, and interfacility transfers. You will work with EMTs and medical staff to ensure patients are transported safely, comfortably, and efficiently during the day.

Qualifications

• Background check and driving record must be clean.
• Ability to lift up to 150 lbs and assist patients.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Assist EMTs with scheduled daytime non-emergency transports.
• Safely transport non-ambulatory and mobility-assisted patients.
• Load, secure, and unload patients using stretchers and wheelchairs.
• Ensure patient comfort, dignity, and professionalism at all times.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized vehicle and equipment.
• Complete required documentation accurately and timely.
• Follow all company policies, DOT regulations, and safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, healthcare facilities, patients, and team members.
