Lynx EMS in Newburgh, WV is seeking dependable Wheelchair Van Drivers to transport patients to medical appointments and other healthcare facilities. You will ensure safety, comfort, and timeliness, assist passengers, and maintain clean, inspected vehicles on daily routes.

Qualifications include a valid driver’s license and strong communication skills. Prior medical transportation experience is a plus, with competitive benefits and supportive dispatch for smooth operations.

Responsabilités

• Safely operate a wheelchair-accessible van on assigned routes.
• Transport patients to and from medical appointments and healthcare facilities.
• Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the vehicle using proper safety procedures.
• Secure wheelchairs and mobility devices properly before transport.
• Provide courteous, respectful, and compassionate customer service.
• Complete daily vehicle inspections and maintain a clean vehicle.
• Communicate with dispatch regarding schedules, delays, and special transportation needs.
• Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and applicable patient privacy guidelines.
