Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Georgia Driver's License (GADL) or Valid State Driver's License (VSDL) required.
• BLS certification (AHA) within 30 days required.
• Less than 1 year experience as a driver or related role.
• Must understand English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Transports patients and clients using company vehicles in a safe and professional manner.
• Communicates with dispatch regarding schedule progress and instructions.
• Maintains a professional image and attitude with clients, visitors, and coworkers.
• Performs daily vehicle pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintains vehicle cleanliness.
• Assists clients and patients as needed to safely complete transfers.
• Complies with all Wellstar Health System policies, standards of work, and code of conduct.
