Qualifikationen

• Communicates with dispatch regarding schedule progress and instructions.
• Maintains a professional image and attitude with clients, visitors, and coworkers.
• Performs daily vehicle pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintains vehicle cleanliness.
• Assists clients and patients as needed to safely complete transfers.
• Complies with all Wellstar Health System policies, standards of work, and code of conduct.

Job Summary Provides the transportation of patients/clients to and from hospitals, convalescent facilities, dialysis centers, rehabilitation centers, medical offices and their private residences in a safe, secure and professional manner. A Wheelchair Transportation Driver provides safe and efficient non-emergency transportation for disabled, handicapped or elderly persons from Wellstar facilities to their destinations. Required Minimum Education

• High School Diploma / GED General

Required Minimum License(s) And Certification(s) All certifications are required upon hire unless otherwise stated.

• GADL - Georgia Driver's License or VSDL - Valid State Driver's License

Additional License(s) And Certification(s) BLS - AHA within 30 Days Required

Required Minimum Experience Less than 1 year experience as a driver, EMT, or related role. No more than 1 moving violation or 1 at fault accident within the past 3 years Required
