Job summary

Visiting Angels Greater Philadelphia is seeking a Wellness and Intake Coordinator to be the first voice families hear. You will complete intake calls, schedule and conduct initial and ongoing client assessments, and supervise caregivers to ensure safety and satisfaction across Havertown and Chadds Ford areas.

Ideal candidates bring a social work or nursing background, strong communication, empathy, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Social Work, Nursing or related field from an accredited school.
• Minimum five years of experience preferred.
• Dementia care experience and sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform intake calls and schedule home visits.
• Conduct preliminary home visits and ongoing client assessments.
• Supervise caregivers and ensure client safety and satisfaction.
• Update care plans and conduct home safety assessments.
• Participate in caregiver training and quality assurance.
• Travel between Havertown and Chadds Ford to cover service areas.
