You will coordinate appointments, maintain medical records, handle transactions, educate clients on preventive care, and help support a smooth, team‑oriented hospital environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service within a veterinary setting is beneficial.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities to manage a fast-paced front desk.
• Comfort with handling financial transactions and scheduling.
• Flexibility to work some weekends/holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Be the Director of First Impressions by managing a multi-line phone system and greeting clients with empathy.
• Coordinate care by maintaining medical records, scheduling appointments, and processing payments.
• Educate clients on preventive care and hospital services to support optimum patient outcomes.
• Demonstrate compassion and professionalism, treating every pet as if it were your own.
