This full-time role features a 4/10 schedule with availability Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, and involves answering multi-line phones, scheduling appointments and handling payments.

Experience in veterinary front desk work and with practice management software such as ImproMed is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a veterinary customer service or reception role
• Experience with front-desk duties in healthcare settings preferred
• Proficiency in multi-line phone systems and in-person client interactions
• Experience using veterinary practice management software, especially ImproMed

• Greet clients and coordinate appointments and patient flow
