Responsibilities

• Be the Director of First Impressions: manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients warmly, and reflect compassionate care.
• Coordinate care: maintain accurate records, schedule appointments, and handle payments to keep the hospital running smoothly.
• Educate clients on preventive care and services to support pet health.
• Provide a compassionate, empathetic presence and treat every pet like family.
