• Ability to stand for long periods and remain calm around animal noises, unpleasant odors, waste, or potential bites/scratches.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and manage front-desk operations.
• Coordinate appointment calendars for wellness exams, surgeries, and urgent care.
• Manage a multi-line phone system and triage emergency inquiries.
• Update digital patient records with accurate medical history.
• Process payments and balance daily cash drawer.
