National Veterinary Associates is seeking a compassionate Veterinary Receptionist for Animal Care Clinic North in Indiana to be the first point of contact for clients and their pets. You will manage appointments, patient records, and daily administrative tasks with a focus on friendly service.

The role requires excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced veterinary setting. Prior experience is helpful, and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience with veterinary reception or customer service.
• Knowledge of basic veterinary terminology.
• Cash handling and point of sale experience.
• Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
• Answer phones, respond to emails and text communications
• Schedule appointments
• Check patients in and out while ensuring accurate medical records
• Support clinic workflow by communicating with doctors and technicians
• Handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism
• Maintain reception area clean and welcoming
• Assist with inventory as needed
