Animal Medical Center is a well-established veterinary practice seeking a receptionist to greet clients, triage concerns, and manage front-desk operations. The role involves answering calls, scheduling appointments, processing payments, and providing compassionate support to clients and patients.

Qualified candidates will have at least 1 year of veterinary reception experience, be highly organized, and possess solid computer skills.

• Experienced receptionist with minimum 1 year veterinary experience.

• Highly organized and possess computer skills.
• Self-starter with desire to grow knowledge and skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients and patients, triage concerns and direct to the right party.
• Answer calls or emails and schedule appointments to maximize efficiency.
• Check in/out clients and process payments.
• Provide emotional support in a compassionate manner.
• Maintain reception area and support overall patient flow.
