Mission Pet Health is hiring a Receptionist to support our Northeast Veterinary Hospital network with a guest-focused, efficient front desk experience. You will manage calls, greet clients, and coordinate appointments, ensuring smooth daily operations across our clinics.

We value passionate animal lovers with strong communication, organization, and teamwork. A flexible schedule including some weekends/holidays is required, and veterinary software experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ensure Seamless Care Coordination: maintain medical records, manage appointments, handle transactions.
• Advocate for Pet Health: educate clients on preventive care and hospital services to ensure best care for pets.
• Embody Compassion and Empathy: provide a calming presence and respectful treatment of clients and pets.
