AmeriVet is seeking a Veterinary Client Service Representative (CSR) to act as the first and last contact for clients. You will manage appointments, answer calls and emails, and ensure accurate patient information is entered in our practice management system.

You will support the medical team by triaging questions, promoting services, and guiding clients through online booking and store options. This role emphasizes compassionate service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as Veterinary Customer Service Representative
• Excellent communication skills and a strong desire to provide compassionate, client-focused service
• Basic proficiency with technology, including scheduling software and online communication platforms
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently, even during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and emails promptly with professional, friendly service
• Schedule appointments based on client needs and veterinarian availability
• Use technology to send appointment reminders, confirmations, and follow-up messages
• Make outbound calls to re-engage lapsed clients and encourage appointment scheduling
• Greet clients warmly and ensure a positive experience throughout their visit
• Gather medical information via active listening and triage inquiries
• Direct complex questions to the medical team and maintain calm professionalism
• Promote current promotions and campaigns to clients
• Update client and patient records in the practice management system
• Process billing transactions and insurance claims
• Inform clients about services, preventive care, and online store options
• Maintain a clean reception area and support daily operations
