Job summary

Rockingham-Harrisonburg SPCA's Veterinary Care Center seeks a Veterinary Client Services Coordinator to be the first contact for clients, handling client relations, admin tasks, medical record input, and clinic invoicing.

The role involves maintaining the appointment schedule in ShelterLuv, processing paperwork, and ensuring a positive customer experience while supporting veterinary services. 40 hours weekly with a full-time schedule (Tue–Sat) and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Previous experience as a veterinary receptionist or medical office assistant preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to maintain a calm, professional demeanor.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule all spay/neuter client appointments and manage communications.
• Maintain appointment calendar and ShelterLuv scheduling.
• Prepare paperwork for client appointments and invoices.
• Invoice services at time of service or monthly.
• Maintain client and medical records and assist with data analysis.
• Ensure a positive and professional client experience.
