Job summary

Qualifications

• Preferred at least 1 year in veterinary practice.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be a team player willing to learn new techniques and treatments.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and patients entering for appointments; record weight and vital signs in EMR.
• Assist doctors with routine and emergency appointments, surgery, dentistry, and euthanasia.
• Perform patient restraint and process lab samples; handle medications under veterinarian direction.
• Schedule appointments, educate clients, relay test results, maintain client/patient records.
