Qualifications

• 1+ years of veterinary experience.
• Experience with veterinary software preferred.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Be the Director of First Impressions: manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients with a positive attitude, and reflect compassionate care.
• Ensure Seamless Care Coordination: maintain medical records, manage appointment schedules, and handle financial transactions.
• Advocate for Pet Health: educate clients on preventative care and hospital services for optimal patient care.
