Job summary

River Valley Animal Hospital in Barling, Arkansas, seeks an outgoing Veterinary Receptionist / Client Service Representative to be the welcoming face of our hospital and support daily client flow.

You will manage appointments, answer multi-line phones, process payments, coordinate calendars, and help clients with information about our services with compassion and professionalism, with a flexible part-time schedule including Saturdays on rotation.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service or front-desk experience.
• Experience in veterinary reception or healthcare front-desk preferred.
• Proficient with multi-line phone systems and in-person client interaction.
• Experience with veterinary practice management software (IDEXX Neopreferred).

Responsibilities

• Be the welcoming face of the hospital and support client flow.
• Manage appointments and daily patient flow.
