Job summary

CRISTA Ministries in Silverdale, WA is seeking a part-time Van Driver to provide safe transportation for Senior Living residents using company sedans or vans. You will assist residents with on/off loading and support outings, promoting independence and wellbeing.

Requirements include a valid WA driver's license and at least three years of driving experience. You will maintain vehicles, report issues, and coordinate with the Transportation team to ensure timely, compassionate service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years driving experience.
• Valid Washington State Driver’s License and clean driving record.
• Read, write and communicate in English at a functional level.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, reliable transportation for Senior Living residents by using company sedans or vans.
• Assist residents to enter and exit vehicles, offering support as needed.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform basic inspections for safety.
• Report mechanical issues and coordinate with the Transportation Manager.
• Work collaboratively with staff and other departments to meet resident needs.
