Job summary

CRISTA Senior Living is seeking a part-time Van Driver in Shoreline, WA to provide safe, reliable transportation for residents and support access to medical appointments, shopping, and social outings. You will maintain cleanliness, perform basic vehicle inspections, and report issues promptly while assisting residents with mobility and safety needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years driving experience.
• Valid Washington State Driver’s License.
• First Aid certification or training within 90 days of employment.
• Complete Relias training to meet Crista Senior Living Administration.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Pick residents up at designated locations and assist them on/off vehicle.
• Escort residents to destinations and assist as needed.
• Assist with lifting grocery bags or packages when requested.
• Report all behavior changes to Transportation Manager.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform basic inspections.
• Notify Manager if issues with fleet vehicle arise.
• Fill out vehicle inspection forms and submit them after trips.
• Ensure vehicle accessories are present and in good working condition.
