Job summary

CRISTA Senior Living in Shoreline, WA is seeking a part-time van driver to provide safe, courteous transportation for residents using company sedans or vans. You will help residents access medical appointments, shopping and social outings, while ensuring vehicle cleanliness and reporting any issues to maintain safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• English proficiency required for functional communication.
• Minimum of three years driving experience.
• Valid Washington State Driver’s License.
• First Aid certification or training within 90 days of employment.
• Relias training to meet Crista Senior Living requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Assist residents on/off vehicle and provide support as needed.
• Escort residents to entrances and assist with navigation as required.
• Assist with lifting grocery bags or packages for residents when requested.
• Report any resident behavior changes to Transportation Manager.
• Perform safe transportation to medical appointments and social outings.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform basic inspections.
