Job summary

CRISTA Ministries is seeking a part-time Van Driver at CRISTA Senior Living in Shoreline, WA. The role provides safe, reliable transportation for residents and supports independence for medical appointments, shopping, and social activities.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least three years of driving experience, a valid WA driver’s license, and must complete required trainings within the specified timelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three years driving experience.
• Valid Washington State Driver’s License.
• First Aid certification or training within 90 days of employment.
• Complete Relias training to meet requirement of Crista Senior Living Administration.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Assist residents on/off vehicle and provide support as needed.
• Escort residents to destinations and ready entrances as required.
• Assist with lifting groceries or packages upon request.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report mechanical issues promptly.
