Job summary

Benchmark-Senior-Living is seeking a compassionate Van Driver to transport residents and assist with activities during outings. You will plan and coordinate van transportation to medical appointments, outings, and shopping, ensuring safety and resident comfort.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license with a clean record, and a keen interest in elderly care. Excellent communication and recreational experience are preferred, with benefits included.

Qualifications

• Interest in elderly care and residents' needs knowledge.
• Experience with activities/recreational programs.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Maintain vehicles per warranty/maintenance plan to ensure safety.
• Act as Activity Assistant during excursions and supervise the group.
• Transport residents to medical appointments, outings, and shopping.
• Monitor resident activity and alert staff for safety.
