Senior Housing Managers is seeking a dedicated Universal Caregiver for PT AM & PT shifts in Grants Pass, Oregon. You will provide essential resident support, including daily living assistance, medication setup, and health observations, while maintaining a clean, safe setting and contributing to meal service and activity programs.

Onboarding includes Pre-Service Universal Caregiver training, with ongoing education from the Executive Director.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• One to three months related experience and/or training with working with seniors.
• Valid CPR, First Aid and Food Handlers cards (can be acquired during the hiring process).
• Pre-Service Universal Caregiver training is required and provided during onboarding.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring, and getting to activities and meals.
• Medication setup and administration, when needed, after training.
• Update resident records in a timely manner per policy.
• Report changes in residents' health or behavior to supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and perform light housekeeping and dining room duties.
• Prepare and cook food as required following posted menus; assist with serving meals.
• Assist with daily activities and document resident participation.
