Under supervision, you will handle discharge follow-ups and data entry while engaging with staff and patients in a professional manner. This role emphasizes accuracy, compassion, and teamwork on a busy unit.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or GED required or equivalent.
• Healthcare clerical experience preferred but not required.
• EPIC EHR experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve caller problems promptly.
• Provide excellent customer-focused service to staff and community.
• Schedule discharge follow-up appointments and record traumas/codes.
• Perform other clerical duties as assigned.
• Support a positive unit culture and workflow.
