Job summary

VitalCaring Group is seeking Special Attendants to support adults at home, providing personal care, companionship and transportation within a 60-mile radius. You will follow a care plan, communicate with families, and join a caring team that values independence and safety.

We offer weekly pay, flexible schedules, 24/7 on-call support, and ongoing training in a supportive culture designed to help you grow while making a difference in clients' everyday lives.

Qualifications

• Education: High school graduate/GED preferred.
• Experience: Six months of working as a Personal Attendant and/or active CNA.
• Skills: Compassionate attitude, patience, empathy, integrity and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Aiding with activities of daily living.
• Assisting with shopping, errands and transportation.
• Pick up prescriptions and assist with telehealth visits.
• Meal preparation and providing companionship.
• Personal care including bathing, toileting, grooming, feeding.
• Follow a plan of care and communicate with families and team.
