Job summary

At Home Healthcare is seeking caring Special Attendants/Adult Travel Care Partners to assist clients in their own homes, promoting independence and comfort. You will follow each client's care plan, provide companionship, and help with daily activities within a 60-mile travel radius.

The role emphasizes compassionate, professional care with on-going training, flexible scheduling, and 24/7 on-call support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months of Personal Attendant or CNA experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills, compassion, patience, empathy, and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Aiding with activities of daily living.
• Assisting with shopping, errands & transportation.
• Pick up prescriptions & assist with telehealth visits.
• Meal preparation.
• Providing companionship.
• Personal care (bathing, toileting, grooming, feeding, etc).
• Follow a plan of care.
• Communicate professionally with families and your team.
• Travel radius of 60 miles.
