In this role you will communicate clearly, de-escalate concerns, and coordinate with dispatchers and drivers to ensure timely, reliable service while upholding the company values of care, reliability, and respect.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Some college preferred.
• Experience in patient or customer service is a plus.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay calm and compassionate in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and active listening.
• Schedule, modify, or cancel transportation requests accurately and efficiently.
• Provide clear communication and reassurance to members, including elderly or health-challenged individuals.
• De-escalate concerns and resolve member issues with patience and care.
• Document all interactions per company and client policies.
• Collaborate with dispatchers, drivers, and healthcare partners to ensure timely service.
