Job summary

Community Services Group is hiring a Driver in Pennsylvania to transport individuals to appointments and programs. You will work under the Program Supervisor and help ensure safe, reliable transportation.

This role requires at least 18 years old, 2 years of driving experience, and the ability to operate a passenger van. We offer comprehensive benefits and opportunities for training and growth.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have 2 years of driving experience.
• Must be able to drive a passenger van.

Responsibilities

• Provides transportation services between residential homes, programs, and offices.
• Assists in developing transportation schedules.
• Transports individuals to appointments.
• Follows safety procedures during vehicle operation.
• Performs monthly vehicle maintenance checks and keeps vehicles clean.
• Completes daily mileage logs and required forms on time.
• Knowledge of motor vehicle operations and safety.
• Familiarity with the program's geographic area.
• Reads safety rules and operating manuals as needed.
• Works independently with minimal supervision.
• Accompanies individuals to the community and assists interactions with dignity.
• Learns and models trauma-informed care: safety, choice, collaboration, trust, empowerment.
• Promotes cultural, racial, language and gender equity and inclusion.
