LE001 Community Services Group, Inc. seeks a Driver to transport individuals to appointments and programs, and assist in coordinating transportation schedules. You will report to the Program Supervisor and work to ensure safe, reliable mobility for program participants.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have 2 years of driving experience.
• Must be able to drive a passenger van.

Responsibilities

• Provides transportation services between residential homes, company programs, and offices.
• Assists in developing transportation schedules.
• Transports individuals to appointments.
• Follows safety procedures during vehicle operation.
• Performs monthly vehicle maintenance checks and schedules inspections.
• Completes daily mileage logs and other required forms accurately.
