Job summary

Bay Mark Health is looking for a compassionate Substance Use Counselor to assist patients in overcoming opioid addiction through counseling and support. Responsibilities include conducting individual assessments, facilitating treatment plans, and providing group counseling services.

This role requires at least a Bachelor’s Degree and relevant experience. The position offers competitive salary starting at $25/hour and a comprehensive benefits package including medical insurance and 401K match.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of individual counseling experience required.
• Must be non-judgmental and accepting toward patients.
• Satisfactory criminal background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual assessments for service eligibility.
• Facilitate and review initial treatment plans with patients.
• Provide group counseling and coordinate services throughout treatment.
