Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions.
• Coordinate care and communicate with the treatment team.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop treatment plans per state regulations.
• Provide clinical services and patient care for opioid addiction.
• Maintain thorough documentation and records.
