Job summary

Barberton SNF Healthcare, LLC seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care and support according to residents' care plans. You will assist with hygiene, mobility, feeding, and monitoring, while maintaining dignity and safety.

Qualifications

• Must possess, at minimum, a 10th grade education.
• Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant as per state laws.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
• Ability to perform duties and operate equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents with wristbands or photo IDs before administering care.
• Report changes in residents' condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Record entries clearly in flow sheets, notes, and charts.
• Assist residents with daily living activities including hygiene and mobility.
• Maintain a warm, safe, and respectful environment for residents.
• Protect resident health information and report disclosures promptly.
