Job summary

BARBERTON is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care per individual care plans in a resident facility. You will identify residents, assist with daily activities, and document care and observations accurately during your shift.

Responsibilities include reporting changes to the Nurse Supervisor, maintaining resident privacy, and following safety policies for exposure to bodily fluids.

Qualifications

• Must possess a CNA license per state requirements.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials.
• Ability to write reports and respond to questions from managers.
• Ability to present information clearly to staff and residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services per care plan.
• Identify residents before administering treatments or meals.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Record entries on flow sheets, notes, and charts accurately.
• Maintain resident privacy and report any suspected information disclosure violations.
• Follow policies for exposure to blood and body fluids.
• Assist with daily living activities and mobility as trained.
• Ensure rooms are ready for residents and greet them upon arrival.
