Home Health of Western Colorado in Montrose, CO is seeking a Speech Therapist for a PRN role. This is a paid opportunity to serve others in a compassionate home health setting, with a mission-driven, purpose-filled environment.

You will evaluate and treat clients per physician orders, document progress, and coordinate with families and the health team. Requires Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, CCC or equivalent, and an active state license or eligibility; ASHA membership recommended,

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• CCC or equivalent (minimum 1 year experience with adults/children with neurological disorders).
• Valid state license or eligibility for licensure.
• ASHA membership recommended.
• Interest in geriatric rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing therapy to clients per physician orders.
• Communicate progress to residents and families, physicians, and health team.
• Evaluate and treat clients, document services per regulations.
• Develop treatment plans and obtain physician approval.
• Maintain documentation per state and payor regulations.

Education

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
