Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required with CCC or equivalent experience.
• Valid license in Speech Pathology in the state or actively accumulating required supervisory experience.
• Registration with the Department of Health or eligible.
• ASHA or equivalent membership recommended.
• Interest in geriatric rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing therapy to clients per physician orders.
• Communicate progress to residents, families, and health team.
• Evaluate and treat clients, document services.
• Maintain proper documentation per regulations.
• Comply with state Speech Language Pathology Practice Act.
