Pay Range: $45.90- $51.20 per hour based on previous work experience.
Schedule: PRN
The Speech Therapist will provide ongoing therapy to clients in a timely manner per physician’s orders. Communicate progress within the agency of resident progress. The Speech Language Pathologist evaluates and treats clients, communicates with families, physicians and other health team members and maintains appropriate documentation of services.
The Home Health of Western Colorado is a Medicare/Medicaid-certified home health care agency in Montrose, CO which include experienced team of nurses, rehab therapists and home health aides dedicated to providing individualized health care needs with compassion and empathy. We are trained in caring for older adults, providing in‑home health care services in the Delta, Montrose and Ouray counties and Montrose, CO.

Masters or better in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
1 year: Experience working with adults/children with disorders of neurological origin, including language comprehension, expression, cognition, articulation, voice, fluency, swallowing
