Job summary

Home Health of Western Colorado in Montrose, CO is seeking a Speech Therapist to provide ongoing therapy to clients in accordance with physician orders. This role supports residents in a compassionate, team-driven home health environment.

Candidates should have a master’s in Speech-Language Pathology with CCC or equivalent experience; valid state license or eligibility; preferred involvement with geriatric rehabilitation; scheduling is PRN with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• CCC certification or equivalent experience desirable.
• State license or eligibility to practice Speech Pathology.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing speech therapy to clients per physician orders.
• Communicate client progress with families and health team.
• Maintain documentation in compliance with regulations.
• Adhere to Speech Language Pathology Practice Act in the state.
• Perform additional duties as directed by Clinical Services.
