Hireology in the Houston area is seeking a compassionate Social Worker to join our team. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop service plans, provide counseling, and coordinate with healthcare providers, schools, and community resources to support individuals and families.

MSW from an accredited program is required; LMSW or LCSW is preferred but not mandatory for all positions. Strong interpersonal and written communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' needs, strengths, and challenges.
• Develop individualized service plans that address client needs effectively.
• Provide counseling support to clients dealing with mental health concerns, family dynamics, crisis intervention, or substance abuse.
• Advocate for clients’ rights within healthcare settings or community resources.
• Coordinate services with other professionals including healthcare providers, governmental agencies, schools, and community organizations.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions including assessments, case notes, treatment plans in compliance with ethical guidelines and legal regulations.
• Stay informed about local resources available for clients to provide appropriate referrals.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care strategies.
