ViaQuest seeks a compassionate Shared Living Provider to welcome an adult with developmental disabilities into your home, offering daily support, companionship, and a safe, inclusive environment.

You will provide daily care, assist with living tasks, schedule medical appointments, keep simple records, and participate in ongoing training and background checks. Paid time off and an average $630/month room & board income accompany this in-home role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Clean background checks required.
• Home safety assessment required.
• Home or renter's insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily care and support for an adult with developmental disability.
• Provide a private bedroom and a safe, supportive home environment.
• Assist with daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning, personal care, and transportation.
• Encourage independence through skill development and guidance.
• Schedule and attend medical appointments and social activities.
• Keep simple daily records and communicate with ViaQuest staff.
• Paid time off.
