Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a friendly Server for our community restaurant in Chandler, AZ. This part-time role runs Tuesday through Saturday, starting at $15.15 per hour and based on experience.

You will create an exceptional dining experience, build relationships with residents, and deliver service they expect in a neighborhood favorite. Responsibilities include guiding residents to tables, presenting menus, and using our POS system to process orders.

Qualifications

• Must have a Food Handler's Card or be willing to obtain one.
• Strong customer service presentation is required.
• Positive attitude with residents and team.

Responsibilities

• Direct residents to tables, present menus, suggest dishes and assist in drink selection.
• Communicate orders using the POS system.
• Complete dining room opening and closing duties.
