Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a friendly Server to deliver an outstanding dining experience for residents. You will greet guests, present menus, suggest dishes, assist with drink choices, and guide residents to tables while using our POS system to process orders.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the kitchen and maintaining dining room standards. This role supports part-time scheduling with AM/PM shifts, starting at $14.65/hr and eligibility for benefits as described in the

Qualifications

• Must have a friendly, guest-focused attitude and strong customer service skills.
• If under 18, require schoolwork authorization where applicable.
• Server position requires a Food Handler’s Card or ability to obtain one.
• Strong presentation and communication with Residents.
• Ability to operate our point of sale system.

Responsibilities

• Direct residents to tables and present menus.
• Suggest dishes and assist in drink selection.
