Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a friendly Server for our community restaurant in Cedar Park, TX. You will help create a welcoming dining experience for residents and families, take orders, present menus, and ensure smooth service.

This part-time role offers starting pay of $14.65 per hour, AM and PM shifts, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), PTO, holidays, and daily pay through Perk Spot; vaccination is encouraged but not required.

Qualifications

• Big smile, eagerness to learn, and compassion for residents.
• Under 18 must provide schoolwork authorization if applicable.
• Must hold a Food Handler's Card or be willing to obtain one as required by regulations.
• Strong customer service presentation required.

Responsibilities

• Direct residents to tables, present menus, suggest dishes, and assist in drink selection.
• Communicate specific resident orders using the POS system.
• Complete opening and closing dining room duties as established by the community.
