Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a part-time Server to create an exceptional dining experience for residents in our community restaurant. You will guide guests, help with menus and drink selections, and ensure outstanding service in a welcoming atmosphere.

The role offers a starting salary of $15.15 per hour based on experience, with a part-time schedule from Tuesday to Saturday and on-site work at our Chandler community in Arizona.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and a welcoming demeanor.
• Ability to present menus and assist in drink selection.
• Familiarity with point of sale systems and dining room procedures.

Responsibilities

• Direct residents to tables, present menus, and suggest dishes.
• Communicate resident orders using the point of sale system.
• Complete opening and closing dining room duties per community procedures.
