Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a friendly part-time server to help create an exceptional dining experience for residents. You will guide guests to tables, present menus, suggest dishes, and assist with drink selections, delivering service as in a guest-centered restaurant.

Responsibilities include opening and closing dining room duties and building relationships with residents, while showcasing compassion and a welcoming spirit in a community setting.

Qualifications

• Must currently hold a Food Handler’s Card, or be willing to obtain one facilitated by Spectrum, as required by state and/or county regulations
• Must have strong customer service presentation
• If under the age of 18, must provide proper schoolwork authorization (if applicable)
• A big smile, eagerness to learn, and compassion for our residents

• Complete all dining room opening and closing duties as established by your community
